Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

The surgery does not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Requests for repeat medication must to be submitted using the reorder forms attached to prescriptions or available at the desk in the Surgery.

Please allow two working days for prescription requests to be processed in the Practice and, if collecting from a Pharmacy please allow extra time. Please note some Pharmacies operate a reorder service.

We are a non-dispensing practice.

Please note, new patients must see a doctor first before they can request a repeat prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease note that we require 48 hours to process your request for a prescription being collected from the surgery - more time should be given if collecting from a chemist. Try not to run out of tablets or medicine, or request more than you need.
